There are four characters within a Dues Profile, each is representative of the group of membership the Member is assigned to:
1 – Member Class
2 – Sub Class (* = All Sub Classes)
3&4 – Dues Bracket ( 00 = All Dues Brackets)
Examples:
A*00 = All Apprentices
RC00 = All Regular Members with Sub-Class C
IE01 = All Industrial Members with Sub-Class C and Dues Bracket 01
IMSe looks for the narrowest Dues Profile based on the member record before assigning a general Dues Profile.
If a Dues Profile is set up as A*00 this means ALL Apprentices regardless of Dues Bracket will be assigned to this Dues Profile (If there is no Dues Profile Specific to a Dues Bracket).
If there are both a R*00 and RC00 Dues Profile, Regular-C Members will be assigned to the RC00 Profile rather than the R*00 Profile.
The same goes for R*00 and R*01 Dues Profiles. All Regular-01 Members will be assigned to the R*01 Profile rather than being assigned to the R*00 Profile.
