How to Add A Student to a Class or Module

Open the Classes & Modules Folder (), under Training > Programs



Find the class that you wish to add Attendance to. Click-on the card to expand or click the  (  )button.

Click-on the Full Page ()button for a full-screen view.


Click the button to add a new student in the “Students” Tab.



You can add a Student searching by: 

  • Student Name
  • Member ID
  • Student Status
  • Student Group
  • Program
  • Wage Rate Level

When you have entered in your field you want to search students by, you have 2 options. You can either search for students within your Organization by selecting the Get Students button or search for students outside of your roster by selecting the Get Global Students button. 



Add the Student by Checking the box beside their name on the Student Roster list. To add all, select the checkbox at the top of the list. Then set a Status in the dropdown field that appears above. Click the Save button when finished.
