How to Communicate with Students

Open the Classes Folder (), under TRAINING > Programs.



Select your class from the list of available options, click on the card to expand or click the

Drop-down ()and navigate to the Students tab.


 

Note: Click-on the Full Page (
)button to expand org. profile to a full-screen view.



Click on the Message () button in the top-right corner of the students list page.



 

Type desired message to students, be sure to include Sender’s Name* and Subject* fields in the message.

 

Select your desired message format (email or text) in the top-left corner of the message window. You can insert Links by clicking on the () icon in the top-right corner of the message editing tools bar. Click send when finished.

 

Note: a copy of the communication will be stored in the student’s record.
