How to Upload a Document

Documents can be uploaded to any specific section within the UNITE platform for future reference. Uploaded Documents can be viewed by other administrative personnel (Officers and Staff, Instructors). Many Folders/ Sub-sections include a Tab labeled Docs that allow you to view/ download Documents currently available and upload a new Document from your device.


Locations (Folders) that allow you to Upload Documents include:

  • Training Centers
  • Students
  • Programs
  • Classes & Modules


Below is a guide for how access the Docs Tab in each Folder:

Training Centers

  1. Open the Training Centers Folder () under Training > Programs
  2. Expand the desired Training Center card by clicking on Training Center card.
  3. Docs Tab is located towards the right-hand side of the Training Center card 





Students

  1. Open the Students Folder () under Training > Programs
  2. Double-click on the Student you wish to attach the Document to. This will open their Student Record window.
  3. Docs Tab is located towards the right-hand side of the Student Record.


Programs

  1. Open the Programs Folder () under Training > Programs
  2. Expand the desired Program card by clicking on the Program card.
  3. Docs Tab is located towards the right-hand side of the Program card

Classes

  1. Open the Classes & Modules Folder () under Training > Programs
  2. Expand the desired Class card by clicking on the Class/Module card.
  3. Docs Tab is located in the middle of the Class card. 

Uploading a New Document

  1. In the Documents Tab of your selected Card, click the button in the top-right side.

 

 

 

  1. In the Add Document section click the + Choose button
If adding a Document to a Student Record you will be required to set Access for that Document. If Access= All (Student and Staff) this both Student's and any Position Holder in UNITE with access to the Docs Tab will be able to view this Document 

  1. Find the Document you wish upload from your device.
  2. Click the Save button in the bottom-right side of the card when finished.
