Programs:

  • Can, add or update information pertaining to programs within a District Council
    • Details: Type of Program, Subject Area, O*NET Code, RAPIDS Code
    • Facets: OJL and RI – Associated Skillsets, FTI and National Standards
      • Recommended Hours for each Category
    • Wage Rates: Hourly Rate for Journey Worker under each DC Zone
      • Wage Levels: Percentage of Hourly Rate associate to each Level and minimum time required for each Level
        • Courses: Tied to the Program, required to progress through Journey Worker Program
        • Students: Actively Enrolled in Program, Transcripts, Add new students
        • Detailed Report: Printable Report detailing the Category, Hours, and Wages

 

 

 

Facets:

  • Add / update facets within a particular program within a District Council

  • Associate them with Standards and Subject Areas

 

Courses:

  • Add / update the courses that are a part of a program within the District Council
  • Each District Council is set-up with a Course/ Events external page
    • Associating Course pricing/ cost will be available
    • Merchant account will be set-up to collect enrollment payments

Classes & Modules:

  • Add / update classes or modules that are within a particular course that is under a program
  • Publish classes on the external Course/ Events page
  • Track students that have enrolled through the External page
  • Assign Staff to Classes or Modules
  • Record Class and Module attendance
  • Record Grades for Students in Modules
  • Virtual: Attach Zoom Link info. from Admin. account and send to students
  • Add Documents to Classes and Modules
  • Add Notes to Classes and Modules
  • View Communications

 

Module Templates:

  • Add / update Module template to be used when creating Modules

Bulk Time Entry:

  • Add time/ Grant credit hours for all the students in a particular course and facet type
  • Automatically attribute time from a related instruction class to Apprenticeship Records
  • Hours recorded here are automatically submitted and approved

 

Transcripts:

  • Completed courses by training centers, course type and by dates
  • Printable document for completed Apprenticeship Training

 

Student Certifications:

  • Select Certification(s), Status, and Employer to view and export which members meet those requirements.

 

COMMUNICATE

 

Distribution lists:

  • Create Dynamic student lists for email and text comms
  • Create a set of filter criteria to create a specific list to view your student Roster*

Communications:

  • Hub for sending email or text blasts to students and available Distribution Lists
  • View past communications:
  1. Contents of past message
  2. Recipients and engagement statistics (who opened, viewed, and engaged with it)
  • Surveys: View past surveys and how Students voted/ responded
  1. Distribute a new Survey after creating one in Survey Builder

 

Survey Builder:

  • Create surveys with questions and multiple answer type
  1. Distribute Survey in Communications
  • Create an anonymous survey

 

Templates:

  • Create logos, signature, and default email templates for frequent use in Communications

 

Mailing Labels:

  • Create mailing labels from the student’s member record for Avery labels
  • Utilize Distribution Lists to create a mailing label for specific groups
  • Labels can be printed for Post-mailing Letters to students

 

Letters :

  • Letters to be sent to the students (emailed PDF or Post-mail):
  • Select Students to send Letters to or use an existing Distribution List
  1. Created from the Letter Templates.
  2. Attach your Letter to Recipient’s Record (in Student’s Docs Tab)
  • Download and Print all Letters

 

Letter Template:

  • Mail-merge functionality for Student letters used in Letters.
  1. Allows you to use info. from student record, transcripts, courses taken
  2. E.g., Student’s name, address, email address, phone, etc. that will be included in a Letter sent.
