How to View a Student’s Transcripts

Modified on Fri, Aug 23 at 9:51 AM

Open the Student Folder (), under Training > Programs.

Note: Make sure the Grid-View Toggle in the top-right corner of the Student Roster page is off.

On the right-side of the Student Card, select the Transcript button ()

Once the button is selected, select the Download Student Transcript option

You will be taken to a page where you are presented with 3 checkbox options:

  1. Certifications
  2. Modules Completed
  3. Courses Completed

You have the ability to select what items you want to view on the Student Transcript

The Certifications option will display a table of all certifications on a Student Record

The Modules Completed option will display a table of all Modules that a student has Completed

The Courses Completed option will display a table of all Individual Classes and Module Classes that a student has Passed

Once you know what information you want to be generated on this transcript, select the Run Report button to generate the Student Transcript.

On the Certifications table, if a Certification has an attachment, you can easily access that attachment by selecting the link in the Name column. (The name field will be highlighted in blue to indicate an attachment is on the certification)

You can also easily identify certifications that are about to expire. If an expiration date is highlighted in Red this means the certification is 90 days away from being expired.

Also, expired certifications that have the rows italicized and greyed are certifications that are expired.

You can still access a certification attachment even if a certification is expired. The name column will still be highlighted in blue to indicate that an attachment exists on that certification.

You can Download the Transcript or Print it for future use.
