Dispatch Letters

We are excited to announce upcoming enhancements to the Dispatch Letters. New fields will be added to letter templates to better capture and organize essential information, significantly improving both functionality and customization options.

Academic and Student Transcripts

The development of the templates for both the Academic and Student Transcripts is approaching its final stages. We are currently fine-tuning these templates to ensure they provide a comprehensive and precise representation of student records in UNITE. Specifically, those who are accredited and utilizing modules will have a brand new Academic Transcript, and the new Student Transcript will include courses and modules completed, as well as certifications obtained.

Training

Added ability to delete certifications from student records. Deleting certifications will remove the certification issue/expiration date along with removing this certification from the Student's Record. You can delete a Certification from a student record in the following places:
- Classes>Students Tab by selecting the Remove Certification button
- Modules>Grades Tab by selecting the Trash Icon
- Student Roster>Training & Certifications Tab by selecting the Trash Icon

WHAT'S FIXED

Membership>Events: Instances

We have resolved an issue that prevented users from sorting or filtering the attendees column

Membership>Distribution List & Grid View

We have resolved a bug that occurred when performing a search in the Grid/View Distribution List. Previously, selecting the Last Activity column treated it as an open text field, rather than a multi-select picklist.

Membership>Roster: Payment processing and member roster

We addressed and resolved a critical bug that caused the incomplete processing of member records and prevented payments from being posted to member accounts.

Membership & Training Rosters>Employment Tab

We fixed an issue that had the export of the employment, Hours Reported tab displaying incorrect data and unable to move to the next page.

Training>Classes & Modules

We corrected a bug that occurred when selecting the Edit button for a student within a Class or Module. Previously, the fields on the Contact tab were erroneously set to read-only, preventing Training Admins and anyone with access to edit the Contact Tab from making necessary updates.
Resolved a bug where users were unable to type in a start/end time with their keyboard
