The development of the Academic Transcript template is nearing its completion. We are currently in the final stages of refinement. Specifically, those who are accredited and utilizing modules will have a brand new Academic Transcript.

Student Transcripts
We're thrilled to introduce the "
NEW" and improved student transcript in UNITE! This new template offers a customized, detailed, and comprehensive overview of each student's educational journey. It includes not only the courses and modules completed but also the certifications obtained.
The new student transcript can be found in the following places:
Membership>RosterTraining>Student Roster Bulk Transcript: Training>TranscriptsMY Account>My EducationWith this update of the Student Transcript, you have the ability to customize what is displayed on the Transcript(s). When downloading the transcript you will have 3 checkbox items you can select.
CertificationsModules CompletedCourses CompletedThe
Certifications option will display a table of all certifications on a Student Record
The
Modules Completed option will display a table of all Modules that a student has Completed
The
Courses Completed option will display a table of all
Individual Classes and Module Classes that a student has
Passed
In the Certifications Table, if a certification has an attachment, on the transcript generated in UNITE or generated as a PDF, users will be able to easily download these attachments to their device. This can be downloaded by selecting the link within the Name Column of the Certification.
Certifications with attachments will have its Name in a blue text. When you hover over the name you should be able to select the link to open/download the attachment to your device.
Certifications that expire in 90 days will have its expiration date displayed in Red
Expired Certifications will have a greyed out and italicized text

We've enhanced the system to alert administrators whenever a duplicate email address or SSN/SIN is detected during data entry across the UNITE platform.
If a duplicate is found, and that record exists in your organization, you will be presented with a pop-up that displays the following:
Name Where that Duplicate Record Exists (Member or Prospect)District CouncilYou will also have the ability to go to the record to make any updates by selecting the
View Now button.
If the duplicate record exists outside of your organization you will only see the following:
Where that Duplicate Record Exists (Member or Prospect)District CouncilYou will not be able to make any edits to that record.

Membership>Organizations
- We have enhanced the system to now include "Country" to the list view filter set.
Membership>Roster
- We have made an update to the User Account Tab. The email field is now set to read-only.
Membership & Training>Distribution List
- Made an update to the Related Table to now include Employment as an option. This related table can be used to pull data on information in the Roster>Employment Tab so that you can filter on items like Employer, Employment Start/End Date, and more.
WHAT'S FIXED
Membership>Roster
- We have resolved an issue that previously prevented member statuses from being accurately updated when processing a Forfeit activity.
Accounting>Invoice Adjustment
- We addressed and resolved a bug that triggered an error message when attempting to manually force the PTD on a member's account during the Invoice Adjustment process.
Accounting>Bulk Suspensions
- We have resolved an issue that did not return any suspended members on the bulk suspension report
Communications
- Resolved an issue that did not allow users to attach documents through the e-mail editor
