Student Status Logic
- Enhanced the logic for the student's status to reflect changes based on their member account status and activity. This ensures that any updates made to the member record are accurately mirrored in the student's record
- If a Member Account has been created and/or the Member Status is set to Active then the Student Status = Active
- If Member Status is set to Inactive then Student Status = Inactive
- If a Non-Member account is created then Student Status = Inactive
At any point, the Admin is able to change the Student Status
(ex.) If a Non-Member is created, the Admin can set their Student Status from Inactive to Active
Enhancements Made!
To enhance the overall user experience, we have introduced the following new features to UNITE;
Global>Distribution list
- Enhanced the Distribution List edit process. When editing a distribution list, we no longer automatically refresh the output table with every change. The user can click a button (Show/Hide Table) to expose the auto-loading table if they choose.
Roster>Grid View
- We have enhanced the roster grid view by adding a customizable filter feature. This new functionality allows users to tailor the filter settings according to their specific needs and preferences, offering a more personalized and efficient experience.
Training
- Classes & Modules: Grades by course/topic
- We improved the 'Set All to Pass' functionality within Classes/Modules to make it more flexible. The button has been renamed to 'Set All', allowing users to access all options (pass or fail) for bulk-updating, rather than restricting it solely to a 'passing' value. This enhancement ensures greater versatility and efficiency in managing the Grades by course/topic settings
- Classes>Students Tab:
- Added the ability to assign numeric grades to Classes by adding two new fields: Class Grade Average & Final Grade

- Fixed an issue with uploaded profile photos that are on the jotform not added to the Applicant's record.

- Student Roster > Time Tab
- Resolved a bug that displayed blank time-rejected periods
