Enhancements:

Docs (Membership & Training):

• In all Docs tabs throughout the platform, the ability to add a title to a Doc has been added in. The title you add will now appear in the Doc card header and you may search for a doc by its title.

• Added the following two new Document categories under Training Centers: DOE Documentation, DOL Documentation

Communicate (Membership & Training):

• Communications/Surveys: When a survey has been sent out, the results of the survey will now appear in the Communication card (results were previously located in the Survey section). After recipients have responded to a survey, the admin can find that communication, open its card, and will see a new tab called “Survey Stats” where they can see how recipients responded and export the chart of the responses.

Training:

• Classes: 

  • Results Screen: The default view for Classes now includes a “Current Class” checkbox (checked by default), which will only show current and future classes that are sorted by start date in the results. This allows admins to see by default, the classes that are upcoming. Note that if a class does not have an end date, it will be considered “current” and will show up in this default view. 

  • Details tab: In the Details tab of a Class card, admins are now able to add a note that will appear in the Sign Up HTML link of the Class Registration page. This note section can be used to add any important info that you may want the registrants to be aware of. This field has a character limit of 4,000 characters. 

  • Students tab: 

    • The "Status" dropdown options under the student cards are now Completed | Not Completed | In Progress.

    • Updated the logic so that a class will only show in a student’s record (Student>Training/Certs>Classes tab) if a student’s status is marked “Completed” in the Class card (Classes>Students tab).

• Programs

  • Students tab: When a student status in a Program is changed to “Dropped”, “Transferred” or “Completed/Graduated”, they are no longer considered enrolled and the “# of Enrolled” students in the Program Card header is updated accordingly.

• Student Certifications

  • Added the ability to email or text all students who have certs expired, expiring, issued in the Student Certifications report section. Use the speech bubble icon in the top right after you have selected your filters to send a communication.
