Open the Courses Folder ( ), under Training > Programs
Select the appropriate course by clicking-on the card to expand or click the button. Click-on the Full Page button for a full-screen view.
Navigate to the Completion Tab. This will show you all students that have taken the Course.
Click the in the top-right corner of the Completion window to send a Communication to all Course Students. This will open a pop-up window to type your message.
Sending Communication
Select your desired message format (email or text) in the top-left corner of the message window.
Note: All text Communications have a 300 Character Limit
Type desired message to students, be sure to include Sender’s Name* and Subject* fields in the message.
You can insert Links by clicking on the icon in the top-right corner of the message editing tools bar and you can add an Image by clicking the icon. Click send when finished.
