There are a few different ways to create a Suspension Letter, you can either Print a Dues Statement out of IMSe once the members are Suspended, or you could create a custom letter to the member and do a Mail Merge.
Dues Statements
- Do a Member Search for Suspended Members
- If you want just a select group of suspended members, include PTD After X Date from the Advanced Search
- Click on Member Export
- Click on Dues Statements
- Add a Note to the Statements
- This will add the same note to ALL Member Statements
- Print the PDF Documents
Mail Merge
- Do a Member Search for Suspended Members
- If you want just a select group of suspended members, include PTD After X Date from the Advanced Search
- Click on the Excel Export Button
- Save the Excel File to your computer
- Create a Word Document Template
- This could be a template from prior months.
- If this is your first time, I would suggest modifying your prior reports so you can easily re-create this letter each month.
