Nominations:
At the Local Union Meeting where Convention Nominations Take Place, Nomination Recording should be done on the Convention Delegate Form provided by the International Office.
Nomination Form Columns Details are:
First and Last Name | Name of Nominee |
Member ID | IMSe Member ID (Can be found by reviewing record in IMSe System) |
Position | Member, Staff Position, or Officer Position of the Nominee |
Email Address | Email of Nominee. This is where all correspondence from the IUPAT will be sent. |
Election Day Votes | This will stay blank until the day of Election from the list of Nominees. The Total Number of Votes should be listed here. |
All Nominees MUST HAVE:
First and Last Name, Valid Home Address, Email Address, Member Photo
Notification of Nominations:
A Letter should be sent to the Membership after Nominiations are complete informing them of when the Election of Nominees will take place.
Local Union Delegate Election Day:
Total Votes for each Nominee shall be added to the Nomination Sheet
Local Union Officers Sign Nomination Sheet and Seal Document
Send Document to District Council Office
District Council Review and IMSe Entry:
BM/ST To Review Delegate Form from Local Union
District Council Administrative Staff to Add ALL Nominees to IMSe
Union Management – Local Union – Convention – Add Nominee – Search and Select Nominee – Enter Vote Total
Send Local Union Nomination Sheet to IUPAT International Office
