Manually Reset Password:
If there is a Staff Member or Member who has forgotten their password and does not remember their security questions or if someone would like their login username changed you can follow the steps below.
Navigate to Support -> Users ( ), and search for the user you want to reset the password for.
Once the user has been found, click on the User Card to expand. When expanded, in the New Password/Passphrase field enter a password for the user and re-enter that password in the Confirm New Password/Passphrase field.
Once entered, select the Reset Password button.
Note: Be sure to remember the password so you can relay back to the member
Once reset, the user can log into UNITE using this new password. Once logged in UNITE will prompt them to enter new security questions and enter a new password/passphrase.
Change Username:
If there is a Member who has changed e-mails or has an incorrect username and needs to have it changed in order for them to log in to UNITE, you can follow the steps below to change their UNITE username.
Navigate to Support -> Users ( ), and search for the user you want to change the username for.
Once found, click on the User Card to expand, and in the New Username (E-mail) field enter a new valid username and select the Change Username button to save.
When saved the user can use this updated username when logging into UNITE.
