How to Send a Student a Password Reset Request

Open the Student Folder (), under Training > Programs



Click-on the student card that you wish to view or click the Full Page () button in the top-right corner of their card. This will expand their card to display all available tabs. Open the User Account Tab in the student’s record.

 

Make sure there is a valid email address in the Invitation Recipient text-box.

Click the Send Password Reset box. This will send the User an email message, which will allow them to create a new account Password after answering their account Security Questions.
