How-To Video:
Open the Roster Folder (), under Membership > Connect
Click-on the member card that you wish to view or click the Full Page () button in the top- right corner of their card. This will expand their card to display all available tabs. Open the User Account Tab in the member’s record.
Make sure there is a valid email address in the Invitation Recipient text-box.
Click the Send Password Reset box. This will send the User an email message, which will allow them to create a new account Password after answering their account Security Questions.
