How to Update/ Change a Student Record

Open the Student Folder (), under Training > Programs



Search and click on the Student Record that you wish to change from the List of available Students.


When selected, the Student Record will expand displaying multiple tabs of information that you can edit and/or view. 


In the Student Record, depending on your position, you can Change/ Add:

 

  • Contact Details
  • Demographics
  • Opt-In/ Opt-Out Messaging preferences
  • Student Information
  • Employers
  • Approve/Reject OJL Entries
  • Program Information
  • Training and Certification
  • Trades and Skills
  • Documents and Notes
  • Apply Custom Fields

 

In the Student Record you can View:

  • Communications
  • Changes made to the record (Change Log)
  • DOB and SSN 
  • Membership details

You can also send a Password Reset email to the User

Or a UNITE User account invitation if they have not set-up their account
