How to Reset Password MMP Account

NOTE: If you receive an error when selecting the Reset Password this means the information you’ve entered is not being matched to your account. If you do not remember this information or it is incorrect, please contact your District Council to confirm this information or contact support@iupat.org


This document is a step-by-step instruction guide on how to reset your password in the IUPAT MMP Application


  •  From the login page, select Forgot Password? link



Step 2: Enter information and select the Reset Password button.

  •  From the Forgot Password? Page enter your Email, Member ID, D.O.B., and Last 4 of SSN. Then enter and confirm the new password. (Requirements: Must be 10 characters or more, 1 uppercase letter, lowercase letter, special character, and no more than two identical characters in a row) and select the Reset Password button.
NOTE: When entering your password please use the 
following special characters: !, %, *, ?, @, $, &




 NOTE: If you receive an error when selecting the Reset Password this means the information you’ve entered is not being matched to your account. Note: If you have successfully reset your password, you will receive a Success popup notification. You can now log in to the MMP App with your email and newly created password.
