How to add an Instructor to a Class

Open the Classes & Modules Folder ( ), under Training > Programs

Select the Class or Module that you would like to add an Instructor to. Click on the Card to expand it or click on the  button.


Click the button to get a Full-Page view of the class.


Track staff for the class/module in the Staff Tab. To add a new Instructor; click the button in the top-right corner then click the checkbox beside the potential Staff member’s name.


Note: One staff member must be marked as the primary instructor for this class. Click the Save button when finished.
