Enhancements:

Rosters (Membership & Training):

• Member and Student Rosters: Added ability to print address on a single label Dymo printer.

• Member and Student Rosters>Trades & Skills: 

  • Updated trade types as well as updated which skills are displayed when a specific trade is selected.

  • Added the following skills for Glazier trade: "Shower Door", "Glassworker", and "Roll Up Door".

• Member and Student Rosters>Employment>Hours Reported: Added Total Work/Pension Hours to Rosters’ employment tabs and My Employment section of My Account.

• Student Roster Record: Added a filter under Certifications sub-tab to search by expired or active certificates.

• Student Roster Record>Documents: Added the following Document categories: State/DOL Registration High School/GED Documentation Drivers License Social Security Card Apprentice Application Apprenticeship Card.

• Student Roster Search: 

  • Added Member Number as filter option to search Student Roster.

  • Updated the Status label in Student search to read “Student Status” (to differentiate from Member Status).

Communicate (Membership & Training):

• Distribution Lists: 

  • Added Primary Trade/Skill to Filters on Membership and Training Distribution Lists.

  • Matched the label of the filters in the dropdown with the label of the added filters.

  • Added a picklist of positions when Positions is selected.

• Letter Templates: Added notifications that mail merge (aka placeholder) tag was copied to clipboard. 

• Communications: Added disclaimer language that Engage and Opened statuses are not available if a communication was sent as a text message, as cell providers do not allow this type of info to be collected. Also added disclaimer that text messages cannot elicit response from user and a Survey should be used instead.

• Survey Builder: Added a character limit to questions field so users know how long their questions should be.

Training:

• Programs: Added the ability to send a direct communication to students under the Students tab of Programs section.

• Classes: Added a searchable picklist Instructor filter under Classes so that an admin or instructor can search for classes that are related to them vs all the classes that may be listed.

• Transcripts: Admins can still access individual students’ transcripts from their record but the ability to run bulk transcripts is no longer accessible on Unite.  

• Student Certifications Report: Created a Student Certifications Report and ability to search by all certifications per organization and the following statuses: Expired, Expiring in 3 Months, Expiring in 6 Months, Issue Last 3 Months, Issued Last 6 Months.

Bug Fixes:

Rosters (Membership & Training):

• Rosters’ Search: Fixed Member and Student Rosters’ search results to match when searching for an organization from IUPAT perspective or from DC perspective.

• Rosters’ Search: Fixed bug that was not displaying the same distribution lists in card view vs grid view.

• Student Roster Record>Documents: Fixed bug of admin not being able to see a document if the access was District Council.

Communicate (Membership & Training):

• Distribution Lists: 

  • Added error validation When "Name" field missing.

  • Fixed bug to show no value field when "Match Type = Is Not Empty".

  • Fixed duplicate members being shown in results because they were pulling in all trades and not just Primary Trade.

  • Fixed “empty” values being displayed under Columns picklist. Programs: Fixed filtering and sorting for Courses results under Programs.

• Communications: 

  • Fixed bug to ensure that the same lists that are saved in the Distribution Lists section are being populated in the Distribution Lists dropdown when adding a Communication.

  • Fixed bug of system not finding existing member email when attempting to add to recipients list.

  • Fixed bug to send test text messages to mobile device instead of to email.

  • Fixed exclude function only excluding the first page of recipients results so that all pages of recipients should be checked as excluded.

  • Fixed bug that was not paginating recipients results when exclude all was selected.

• Survey Builder: 

  • Fixed number of responses not reflecting actual number of responses on a sent. communication in the Survey Response Analysis chart of the Stats tab.

  • Fixed the date a survey was sent in the Stats tab.

• Letters:

  • Fixed layout of recipients results when Select All is selected.

  • Removed DOB from recipients results from Training context.

  • Fixed the column filters for Local and Organization.

Membership:

• Organizations: Fixed search to only show active organizations when Active filter is selected.

• Organizations>Positions: 

  • Alphabetize Positions in dropdown under Positions tab.

  • Fixed Active filter to update results instantly if a position was ended. 

Training:

• Classes: Fixed error when adding a class by making Start and End Dates required fields.

• Bulk Time Entry: Fixed bug that was not refreshing results of students when program dropdown was updated. 

Other:

• Mobile View-Fixed formatting issues when platform is loaded on a mobile device.
