Member Roster

Consolidating these buttons now makes it more accessible and provides an easier option when adding to the Roster. 


Add Member/Non-Member

  • Updated the Add Member and Add Non-Member Button into one button. When the  button is clicked a pop-up window appears prompting you to either add a Member or Non-Member (if applicable)





Communication 

The new feature allows users to precisely determine how many recipients will and will not receive the messaging, ensuring effective communication planning.

Recipients Tab

  • Enhanced the system to add the following when sending a communication:

    • Accurate Recipient Count: Both email, text messages, and surveys now display a clear and accurate count of recipients, segmented as follows:

    • Possible Recipients: Total number of intended recipients.

      • Note: It does not display recipients who are missing an Email or Mobile #

    • Invalid/Opt-Out/Excluded Recipients: Number of recipients who are invalid, have opted out, or are excluded.

      • Note: It does not display recipients who are missing an Email or Mobile #

    • Actual Recipients: Number of recipients who will actually receive the message.

    • New Buttons to Filter Recipients: 

      • View Excluded: This Quick Filter button will display all recipients who will be excluded from the communication

      • View All: This Quick Filter button will display all recipients of the communication (excluded and included)




Organize

These features have been made to ensure that users are able to quickly identify active organizers, and simplify the employer status categorization, making it easy to identify which employers are union-associated.


Project Reports Details Tab

  • Updated Organizers Display Order:

    • Active Organizers: Now displayed first in the project report details.

    • Inactive Organizers: Displayed at the bottom and are grayed out.


  • Employer Status Update:

    • Employer Statuses: When adding an employer you will now see the employer status after the employer name <Employer Name>(EmployerStatus).

    • Field Removal: The "IsUnion?" field has been removed.





  • Resolved a bug that did not take users to the project report details page when the “Go to target” button is clicked in Alerts. 






Additional Items

Member Roster 

Class Transfer Activity

  • Resolved bug that incorrectly set PTD and balance when performing a class transfer.


Note: When initially processing a class transfer, you will have to refresh your page to view the correct Account Balance.


Contact Tab

  • Resolved a bug that had email addresses showing as undeliverable. 


Training

Student Roster 

  • Enhanced the Student Roster Exports from the Grid View to now contain an “Age” Column. 




  • Enhanced the system by adding an export button to the training & certification tab so that the list of certifications can be exported. 




Classes & Modules

  • The sign-in sheet for classes & modules has been enhanced to reflect the following:

    • Member ID

    • Student Name with Middle initial and suffix where necessary

    • Email address

    • Local Union

    • Employer

    • Notes

    • Class name

    • Start date & Time, end date & Time, Instructor and Instructor Signature



My Account

My Profile

  • Added new UI/UX settings in My Profile>Settings & Security Tab
