How to Add to a Students Progression in a Program

Open the Programs Folder (), under TRAINING > Programs.


  


Select your Program from the list of available options, click on the card to expand or click the Drop-down () button and navigate to the Students tab.


Note: Click-on the Full Page ( )button to expand org. profile to a full-screen view.


 


Each Student Card will display a percentage-bar representing how far the Student has progressed in each Facet-type (OJL or RI). You can click on the Percentage-bar to get a more detailed view of their total Program Hours for each Facet.

 


Note: You can click on each of the visualizer bars to get a detailed view of the student's OJL and RI. 

 

You can also click-on the Specific Students card to view their Progression or click the Drop- down () button. Each student’s progression will be listed at the bottom of their card.

 


Click on the Edit Student Record button () in the top-right corner of the Student card. 


This will open a new window on-top of your UNITE page with the Student Record.

To update the Student’s Wage select the Programs tab and then click the Wage Rates

button. Select their new Wage Rate type and Level then choose the start-date.



To record Time in a Program, Select the Time button. The New Entry tab will automatically be open. Select the Appropriate Program, Facet Type and Time Period you wish to record time for.

 

Select the Period Interval (day), Employer, Hours and Associated Skill. Click the + Add Entry button to complete that New Entry.


Approve Program Hours

In the Student Record > Time tab; Select the Waiting Approval button. Scroll down-to the bottom of the page and Select Approve # Hours
