Open the Classes & Modules Folder ( ), under Training > Programs
Click the + button in the top-right corner of the page.
In the new Add Class or Module card fill-out all of the class information:
- Type (Class or Module)
- Training Center
- Course (Select)
- Class Number
- Maximum number of seats
- Start and end date
- Start and end time
- Status (Select)
- Time zone (important if the class will be held virtually)
- Scheduling Type
- Module Template (if Type Module is Selected)
- Notes (appear on registration page)
Select ‘Draft’ status to continue editing class before publishing it on the IUPAT class site. When you are ready to publish the class for student registration; select ‘Publish’.
Click Save button when finished. Open your new Class to further edit by clicking on the Card to expand.
You can Add an Instructor or Staff in the Staff tab, clicking the + button in the top-right corner of the Staff window and clicking the checkbox beside the potential Staff member’s name. Click the Save button when finished.
You can add new Students to the Class Roster in the Students tab by clicking the + button in the top-right corner of the Student window.
You can add a Student searching by:
- Student Name
- Member ID
- Student Status
- Student Group
- Program
- Wage Rate Level
When you have entered in your field you want to search students by, you have 2 options. You can either search for students within your Organization by selecting the Get Students button or search for students outside of your roster by selecting the Get Global Students button.
Add the Student by Checking the box beside their name on the Student Roster list. To add all, select the checkbox at the top of the list. Then set a Status in the dropdown field that appears above. Click the Save button when finished.
When you are ready to Publish the class on the IUPAT Class Registration Page, in the Details Tab, select the Published status. This will activate the Class Registration web page and will allow the students to self-register.
