In the Mobile app, Certifications, Courses, and Transcript can be shared directly via email. 
To ensure successful delivery, it is important to enter the correct email address for the recipient. Double-check the email for accuracy before sending to avoid delays or failed delivery.
To access your certifications in the Mobile app, please follow these steps:
Log in to the App
Log in using your email address and password
Go to Your Profile
Once logged in, locate and click on the Profile button, usually found at the bottom of the screen
Open Member Options
In your profile, click on My Member Options at the top of the screen
Access Your Transcript
From the menu, select My Transcript to view your training history
View Your Certifications
Inside your transcript, click on My Certifications to see a list of all certifications you have earned
Share Certification
From the list of Certifications, select the specific certification you want to share.
Tap the Next to proceed
Enter Recipient Information
Enter the recipient’s email address in the provided field.
(Optional) Add a brief message to accompany the certification.
Once you’ve filled in the details, tap “Send” to share the certification.
Confirmation Message
After sending, you will receive a success message on your screen indicating the certification was sent successfully.
What the Recipient Sees
The recipient will receive an email notification. Within the email, they can click on the provided link to download the attached file or document directly
Please follow the same steps to share your Transcript and Courses as you did for Certifications.
You can navigate to the My Transcript section and choose either the Transcript or Courses tab, then proceed with sharing using the same method.
