How to Use The 'Preview and 'Edit' Functions in Communications

This document provides a detailed, step-by-step guide for effectively utilizing the 'preview' and 'edit' functions in communications.  

  1. Navigate to the Communications Section

    • Open the Membership or Training Tab.
    • Locate the Communicate folder and click on Communications.
  2. Create and Save Your Communication

    • Click the plus(+) button to create new communication 
    • Once completed, ensure to save your communication.
  3. Access the Content Tab

    • Click on the Content tab of your communication.
    • Scroll to the bottom Click the Clear button 
  4. Select Your Editor Type

    • Under Editor Type, you will see two options: Template(drag and drop) and Classic.
    • Select the Classic Type.
  5. Utilize the Preview and Edit Functions

    • In the Body section, you will find the Preview and Edit buttons.
    • Preview Mode: Upon loading, communications will default to a read-only "preview" mode. This displays the content in a secure view.
    • Edit Mode:
      • Click the Edit button to enter edit mode.
      • This opens the message in the full editor, allowing you to make necessary updates or enhancements easily
