How to Upload Member Forms

Our goal with Uploading Documents is to create a Membership Record where all documents related to that Member are accessible to all users through IMSe.

 

Activity Based Member Form Types

Member Application / Dues Deduction / Clearance Card / Leave of Absence Card / Armed Service Card / Resignation Letter / Apprentice Termination Letter

In the Member Record click on the Member History Tab

Review Member History Table

In the Corresponding Membership Activity Row click the Edit Button

Click Browse and find your file

Select Corresponding Form from Drop Down

Click Upload

 

Beneficiary Cards

In the Member Record click on the Member History Tab

Click on Member Forms

Click Browse and find your file

Select Beneficiary Card from Drop Down

Click Upload
