Paperless Reporting

While Paperless Reporting does cut down on some items, the following still need to be mailed to our office, please send them to the following address:

  • Monthly Per Capita Tax Payment & Statement
    • If you would like to set up an account through Payer Express (electronic bank transfer), please contact the Accounting Department through 800-422-1144
  • Membership Applications (International Copy) – With notation they were entered into IMSe
  • Life Membership Applications (International Copy)
  • Death Benefit Claims
    • If a Beneficiary wants the Original Death Certificate returned, please do not send the original to the above address.  Instead, make a high-resolution copy and send the copy in place of the original.  Please keep the original in your office until the claim check has been mailed.
  • Armed Service Cards
  • Clearance Cards
  • Quarterly Checklist of Trustees
  • LM & 990 Financial Reports (Not Applicable to Canadian Affiliates)
  • Yearly Audit Reports
