How to do a Member Export Search for a Specific Group

Complete the steps below to print Mailing Labels for a Specific group.  The steps may be used to for Statements, Dues Labels, Mailing Labels, and Member Cards.

  1. Click the Member Export button after completing a member search.
  2. Click the Choose Members… button.
  3. Expand the Member Export screen to see all the columns in the Choose Members Available box.
  4. Enter the search criteria in the ‘Filter Available items’ box.
  5. In the example below the Export is for Mailing Labels for Industrial-E Members only.
    • enter ie00
  6. Click the Search button.
    • The Available names change matching the search criteria.
  7. Highlight the name or names in the box on the left (Available)
  8. Click Add (or Add All) button in the middle of the screen.
    • Hold down the Control button (Ctrl) and click names with your mouse to select more than one name.
  9. The highlighted names will move to the box on the right after clicking the ‘Add button.’
  10. Highlight names in the Selected box (box on the right) to Remove names.
    • The steps are similar by highlighting a name and clicking the Remove button.
  11. Click the Labels or other box after selecting Members
