Enhancements:

Both Rosters: (Membership and Training)

  • Ad Hoc Letters: Made several UI enhancements to the screen for sending individual letters from a student or member record.

  • Notes: Added a field showing the user that created the note to the card header.

Organizations/Employers/Training Centers: For any positions listed under Positions tab, updated the label for contacts’ emails to be Primary and Secondary.

Training:

  • Student Roster:

    • Search: Updated Student Group filter in search to only show groups from the DC’s perspective.

    • Docs Tab: Added OJL Documentation as a category for documents added.

  • Programs:  From the Students tab of a program, added the ability to add Incoming OJL or RI hours when adding a student to the program. The same ability has been added to the Students>Programs tab giving admins two ways to add incoming hours.

  • Classes

    • Results: Added a field for the user that created a class to the class card header.

    • Students Tab: Added the ability to add a student to a class by searching by Member number.

    • Class Registration: Updated the process for verifying student registrations to check 2 out of the following 3 fields from the Class Registration page: Phone | Email | Zip. When 2 out of the 3 match existing Unite accounts, the account will be merged with existing Unite account and the registrant will be added to the class. 

      Additional use cases when registering include: 1. If a user inputs a new address, Unite will save that address in the system. 2. If a user inputs a new email address, that email address will be updated as the primary email in  Unite, and the previous email will be saved as secondary email. 3. If a user inputs a new mobile number, Unite will save that number in the system. 4. If there is no first or last name in Unite, the system will save the registered names.

    • Communications Tab: Added the communication bubble, which allows users to message all students in a class from this tab.

  • Transcripts: Added the following filters to bulk transcript search: Student Groups | Employers | Programs | Distribution List| Primary Trade | Positions


Bug Fixes:

My Account

  • My Wall: Fixed bug that was preventing training admins from editing or deleting posts they created.

  • My Documents: Fixed docs to show the new document title field.

Rosters (Membership & Training):

  • Contact Tab: 

    • Fixed bug that was forcing admins to have a primary email address to save a record (primary email is only required in My Profile from member perspective).

    • In the demographics section, the user is now able to remove a Military Status and successfully save the change.

  • Docs Tab: When a user creates a Doc, it is no longer creating a corresponding note in the Notes tab.

  • Trades/Skills Tab: Fixed bug so that user can add a Trade without a Skill.

  • Custom Fields Tab: Fixed the bug where the user was able to change an existing custom field; users can now only change the response in the custom field.

Communications (Membership & Training):

  • Fixed bug that was not retaining URLs when added to an email template.

  • Fixed ability to allow users to create a new distribution list from the results of a sent communication.

Training:

  • Student Roster: Fixed export function in Grid View.

  • Courses>Completions Tab: Fixed bug to only show students who have completed or graduated.

  • Classes: Fixed bug that was preventing admins from deleting classes.

Other

  • Single-Sign On (SSO) is now working between MMP and Unite 

  • In password requirements, added requirement that password cannot include any part of username.
