User Interface Update

• We've made updates to the User Interface (UI) of UNITE to improve your overall experience. As you navigate through the application, you may notice some subtle changes in the layout and design across various sections. These enhancements have been carefully implemented to make UNITE more user-friendly.

ENHANCEMENTS MADE 

Reports Portal

• A new single sign-on (SSO) link, titled 'Reports Portal,' has been added to all District Council Positions.  

Membership Roster

• We have update PDF invoices and Receipts to show suspended members!

Membership Roster

• The system has been updated to remove previous membership card issue dates from Inactive records that are Initiated or Paying on Application.

Membership & Training 

• We have removed the "Checkbox" custom field type in favor of the "Yes/No" field, which provides more user-friendly options.  

Accounting>Payment File Upload

• We have added new columns to the payment file upload to improve processing flexibility.  
  • Matched will be Yellow:
  • When File Local Does Not Match Member Local
    • When Member is Suspended/Inactive/Non-Member
    • When File Name Does Not Match Member Name
      

Organize>Project Reports 

• We have added two new filter options to the standard view of Project Reports. Additionally, switching to the Grid view, allows you to filter by Employer.

WHAT'S FIXED

Membership>Roster

• Resolved a bug that prevented class transfers for members aged 60+ (regular to life, life to life).  
• Fixed an issue where the system incorrectly assigned the wrong membership status when adding a member to the Roster. 
• Resolved a bug that prevented profile pictures from uploading successfully to a member's record. 
• Fixed a bug where the letter template dropdown appeared empty when adding a template to an individual record. 

Membership & Training Rosters

• Resolved an issue where custom fields with numeric values were not being applied to records.

Accounting>Payments

• Fixed an issue where suspended member payments were wrongly marked as unapplied, preventing PTD and balance updates.

Training>Classes & Module

• Resolved a bug that had radio labels missing under Scheduling Type when creating a Class.
