How to Enable 2FA:
- Navigate to My Account>My Profile>Settings and Security Tab
Scroll down to find the Two Factor Authentication. Enter your phone number in the Mobile Phone # and select the Verify button
The phone number you entered, will receive a text from UNITE with your 2FA code. Enter this 6-digit code in the Two Factor Authentication prompt in UNITE and select Submit.
If successfully enabled, the Verify button from step 2 will turn to Disable.
Logging in with 2FA
- Once 2FA is enabled, every time you log into UNITE you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code from your Mobile Device. Once you’ve entered the code, select the Submit button to proceed with logging in.
Disabling 2FA
Navigate to My Account>My Profile>Settings and Security Tab
Scroll down to find the Two Factor Authentication. Select the Disable button.
From the 2FA prompt, enter your 6-digit code and select Submit
If successfully disabled, the Disable button from step 2 will turn to Verify and the Mobile Phone # field will be cleared out.
