After you reset your network password, you will need to update your password on your mobile device for the Mail and Calendar apps to continue to work. Following are two methods you can use – you only need to choose one method to update the password for both apps.
JUMP TO THE METHOD:
Method 1 – Using the Calendar app
In the Apple Calendar app, at the bottom of the screen tap on Calendars (it will have an exclamation mark in a circle icon to the left).
Tap Verify Account Information
Tap Settings
Okta should come up - enter in your email address and new password tap Sign In to continue
Respond to the Duo authentication. You may need to click Send Push to send the Duo push.
This is the tricky part – tap Settings in the upper left corner and it should ask you which Google account you want to use - tap your account and continue.
After you select your Google account, scroll down and tap on Allow
NOTE: You will know if it worked if the exclamation mark in a circle icon that was next to Calendars has disappeared.
Method 2 – Using the Mail app
In the Apple Mail App, at the bottom of the screen you should see an Account Error – tap this.
Tap Settings
