Open the My Time Folder ( ) under MY ACCOUNT > TOOLS
In this Folder you can add New Time Entries, submit them for Approval and view your Rejected and Approved Time.
Add a New Time Entry
In the New Entry Tab – Select the Entry Period to edit:
- Select the Appropriate Program
- Select the Facet Type (OJL)
- Select the Time Period (week) you wish to record time for
Now you can Add a New Entry within those parameters:
Select all of the New Time Entry parameters:
- Period Interval (day)
- Employer
- Manager (optional)
- Hours
- Skills
Then click the button once all fields are selected
Once the Entry is added, it will be displayed at the bottom of the New Entry window.
Click the Submit Hours for Approval button. Theis will move your New Time Entry to the Waiting for Approval window.
Rejected Time
All Rejected Time Entries in this Tab will also include a Reason for Rejection. You can Resubmit Hours for Approval by clicking the Submit hours for Approval button in the bottom-righty corner of the window.
Approved Hours
All Approved Hours will be displayed in the Approved Time window. You can Expand specific Skill hours by clicking the > button beside each option or by clicking the Expand All button in the top-right corner of the window.
Submit for Raise
When a student has reached their Wage Level Goal in OJL hours, they can submit a request for a Wage Raise by using the Submit for Raise button.
When clicking the button, the student is able to send an email to their FTI admin.
