TABLE OF CONTENTS

Overview:

 

This feature allows you to create an Event that you wish to hold for your organization, create a specific date (Instance) that it will be held, and assign it a Location.

With this resource you can also add new attendees, message current ones, and add event details which will automatically upload to the Event Registration Page (https://engageinterfaceiupat-ang staging.azurewebsites.net/public/events/208)

  

Event:

This Folder is where you will create your new Event-Type (e.g., an Annual District Picnic or a monthly Union Meeting).

From here you can…

  • Give the Event a description
  • View attendees for past and future Events of this Type
  • View Communications that have been sent for this event
  • Add any relevant Documents or Notes


Event Instance:

This Folder is where you will associate a specific date, time, and location to your new Event. This will also use this Folder to publish this Event on the Event Registration Page (site where people can register to attend).

From here you can…

  • Assign detail to the Event: Date, Time, and Location
  • Designate a set-limit to the number of Attendees
  • Register new Attendees internally
  • Message all registered Attendees
  • View past messages sent to Attendees
  • Select a Time-zone if the event is Virtual/ Remote
  • Publish the Event on the Event Registration Page for enrollment
  • Add a new Location for the Event
  • Add any relevant Documents or Notes


Locations:

 

This Folder is where you can create a new Location for your Events. From here you can…

 

  • Specify the Location address and designate a contact (name, email, phone number)
