How to Generate a New Membership Card
Navigate to Membership>Roster
Find the Member you'd like to Print a card for within the roster. On the Roster Card, find this button.
Select the Membership Card quick action button.
From the pop-up you will be prompted to select a Membership Card Template in the dropdown field.
Select the appropriate Template (New Member or Renewal) and then select the Generate Card button.
Once this card is generated the Card Issue Date will be filled in with the date that the card was generated.
The Card should open up in a new tab or automatically download on your local device (depending on your computer settings).
Once your card is downloaded you are now ready to print your membership card.
How to View Existing Membership Cards
If you need to re-print or view an existing membership card you can do so by first navigating to the Membership Roster
Search for the member who you'd like to reprint the card for and select the Membership Card quick action button.
From the Pop-Up window, select the View Existing button.
Selecting this button download the most recently generated membership card on your device. From here you can re-print this membership card.
Example (Front of Membership Card)
- Member Name
- DC/LU
- Member ID
- Member Class
- Address
Example (Back of Membership Card)
- QR Code
Scanning Membership QR Code
On the back of the membership card, there is a QR Code. This QR Code will redirect the person to an external webpage when scanned. On this webpage you will see more information related to the member.
The information displayed on this membership external page includes:
- Paid Through Date
- Emergency Contact Information
- Certifications (including accessing attached items to certifications)
- Training Classes Completed
