How To Delete Primary Trades/Skills From A Record

To delete a primary trade from a member's profile, there must be no corresponding skill linked to it. If a primary trade has an associated skill, the trade cannot be deleted until the skill is removed. Once the corresponding skill is removed, the primary trade can be deleted. Follow the steps below to ensure a successful deletion;

Locate the Member’s Profile

• Search for and select the member whose primary trades or skills need to be deleted.

Access the Trades/Skills Tab

• Navigate to the Trades/Skills tab within the member’s profile.

Identify the Primary Trade and corresponding skill 

• Review the list of trades and skills to locate the primary trade you wish to delete.
• If the trade has no corresponding skill, click the delete button.

• If the trade has a corresponding skill, proceed to remove the skill first before deleting the trade.

How to Remove a Corresponding Skill Attached to a Primary Trade

• Click on the Add/Edit Trade and Skills button.

• From the available trades dropdown menu, select the trade currently assigned to the member.
• Navigate to the right panel, where the selected skills are displayed and click the skill.
• Click the Back button to remove the selected skills from the trade.

• Scroll down and click Update Trade/Skills to save the changes.
• The corresponding skill is now removed, allowing the primary trade to be deleted.
