Work Around For Duplicate Records in Prospects

This is a temporary work around for Duplicate Records within the Prospects Tab.  In the coming weeks we will have a function to convert the Prospect to a Member Record.

  • When receiving the Duplicate User Found Notice 
    • The system will alert you if a duplicate record exist with the same email address. 

  • Click 'View Now' 
  • Under the Contacts tab
    • Copy and paste the email address from the Primary email to Secondary email column and Save the record

  • Hit the back button at the top
  • Enter the same email address for the user and the system would allow you to proceed with saving the record.
