Rosters (Membership & Training)

• Adding Member/Non-Member

  • Fixed “Tab” functionality to allow user to easily traverse through fields when adding a Member/Non-Member

  • Updated validation to check for duplicate users when adding a Non-Member

  • Resolved bug that did not check for duplicates when there is a space in the First or Last Name fields when adding a member

  • Resolved bug that required DOB field when adding a non-member

• Contact Tab:

  • Removed the Ethnicity Field and updated the Race field to Race / Ethnicity and added Hispanic or Latino as an option. This is now a multi-select field. 

• Updated logic to not allow non-allowed member class/subclass groups to be added to a Local Union that they are not allowed to be in.

  • Added DC and LU to the Delivery Table

• Payment File Upload

  • Updated Logic so that payments for Check-Off Only Payments are not applied to dues. 

  • Fixed bug that displayed an error for Duplicate Payments.

  • Resolved bug that did not allow user to add new payment upload file

• Added a Distribute button that, when selected, will automatically create a new survey communication

UI/UX

• Added Alert Button Globally to the list view (card view) in UNITE, which when used, can alert other position holders to take action.
