Processing Month – Month when activity is entered into IMSe

Daybook Report Month – Processing Month + 1 (1 Month ahead of Processing Month)

Daybook Charges to be Paid – 10th of the Month after the Daybook Report Month

Example:

Activity is Processed – January 1st

Activity Change will display on the February Daybook Report

Activity Charges are due March 10th
