The Member Gov ID History is a history of SSN/SIN Changes or Merges. This is a view only screen.

First Table are details on Member Merges
When there is a PCT Overlap there will be a Memo Date and Note
Reusable is whether or not the merged SSN/SIN is allowed againby

By default, it is not available to be used by another Member ID again.
