Academic Transcript

To better reflect the accuracy of student records in UNITE, a new Academic Transcript is being developed. This new transcript will incorporate additional academic information that are meticulously recorded and easily accessible. The goal is to provide a comprehensive and precise representation of each student's academic journey, reflecting their achievements and progress.

Electronic Application is Here

We have completed the programming for the Electronic Membership Application process. We ask that you please do not try to use this new process yet as we are going to roll this out to District Councils just as we have done with the Membership Cards. Once we get a few District Councils working through the E-App Process, we will then open it up to everyone.

There have been some changes to the system that you need to be aware of related to the E-App Process. Most importantly is the new “Add Pre-Applicant” and “Convert to Pre-Applicant” buttons. Please do not use these options when updating records within the Global Roster or Prospects Roster.

As we move forward, we will be creating documentation for this entire process so that when the time comes, you will be able to quickly start having applicants complete their form online.

Enhancements Made!

In order to improve the overall user's experience, the following new features have been added to UNITE;

Membership

Employers>Members Tab
- Added an export button to the Members tab
Membership Roster>Membership Tab
- Updated logic so that multiple activities can be processed on the same day

Training

Classes & Modules
- Consolidated the Add Class or Module and the Add Recurring Classes buttons into one
- Added a date to the class student's record, called, Retraining Date: This is used for non-certified classes that still need to happen on a regular basis, like some OSHA trainings.
