How to Update Activity History

Navigate to Membership>Roster


In the roster, search for the Member.


Once you've found your member, select the card display to expand the member record. Once expanded, click on the Membership Tab.


In the Membership Tab scroll down to the bottom to find the menu item Activities. 


In this section you are able to process new activity history and view existing activity history.


To begin processing your new activity in the New Activity dropdown field, select what activity you want to process.


Available activities vary based on the Member's Status and/or Class




Once your new activity has been selected, you will be prompted to enter an Activity Date


After you've entered your Activity Date, more fields will appear. Fill out all required fields. 


Fields that appear may vary. This all depends on the type of Activty you are processing



Once all required fields have been entered, select the Preview button to view Member Dues and Per Capita. If everything looks good, select the Submit button. 


A pop-up confirmation will appear asking if you want to save this activity. Select the Submit button.
