How to Upload Profile Photo

The steps below walks you through how to upload a Profile Photo in the MMP App. These steps apply to iOS and Andriod users

Photos are intended to be used as an Identification for the Union and Employers and should be similar to a Driver's License Photo, and will be included on the Official IUPAT Membership Card.  Photos should not include multiple people, animals, vehicles, masks, dark glasses, props, etc.

The IUPAT monitors and reviews all photos that have been uploaded. The IUPAT reserves the right to remove and delete any photos, that in it's sole discretion, it deems inappropriate.

Once Logged into the MMP Application, select the Person icon from the navigation bar

From the My Member Summary page, select the profile icon (if you already have a picture uploaded you will see that picture instead) 

This will open up a new page named Add a Photo. From this new page, you are able to take a new photo to upload. 

Select the New Photo button to begin taking your photo. 

You will be prompted to either take a new photo from your camera device or upload an image from your photo library. 

If you'd like to upload an image from your library select the From Photos option.

Your photo library will appear. From here, select what photo you'd like to set as your new profile photo. Once you've selected your photo, select the Send Photo button.

If you'd like to take a new picture, select the New Photo option, and from the prompt select the Take Picture option.

Once selected, your camera will appear where you can take a photo. 

Once your photo has been taken, you can either retake or confirm your profile photo. 

If you're ready to confirm select the Use Photo option. This will take you back to the Add a Photo page. Finally, select the Send Photo button.

You will receive a pop-up confirmation asking if you'd like to send this photo to be uploaded as your profile, select the Confirm button. 

If successfully sent you will receive a Success Photo Sucessfully Submitted. 

Photo Submissions get sent over to the International Office. Once sent over, photo's are usually processed within 48hours on weekdays. If you recently, submitted a new photo, please wait before submitting a new photo
