How to View Organization Roster Change-Logs

This Feature allows you to view and Export and Changes made to an Organization within your Jurisdiction.


Open the Organization Folder (), under Membership > Organizations

 

 


Click-on the card of the Organization that you wish to view, this will expand the card. You can also expand the card by clicking the ( ) button in the top-right corner of the Card.


Click the Roster Change Log Tab. Select the Time Parameters that you wish to set for your Change-Log report (week, month, or year). You can also select the start and end-date that you wish to set as your Time Parameters.



If you want to track any changes made on the same day, selcet the Syncronize button. You will recieve an e-mail from UNITE that your sync has been completed.


Click the Run button.

 

The Roster Change-Log will load in the bottom of the window. 


You can Export the Change-Log for future use by selecting the Export ( ) button.



The Change-Log Grid will display the type change and the change Date.



You can gain further information about each specific roster change by clicking the button on the Left side of the List.

 


This will expand the record that was changed to display:

  • What information type was changed
  • What it was changed the from/ to
  • The User that made the change
