Enhancements:
Rosters (Membership and Training):
Search: DCs now have access to view members of other DCs by accessing the Global Roster (Membership menu) or the Global Students (Training menu). DCs can now search for other members and view-only their record. DCs can now search for and add students from other DCs in the global roster to classes within their DC. Note: If you do not see “Global Roster” under Membership menu or “Global Students” under Training menu, please inform us so we can update permissions based on your role.
Export: The Excel exports for both rosters now include columns to show if the member has opted in/out of SMS or Emails. There is also a filter for opt-in/out added to Distribution Lists filters.
Communications:
Content tab for Texts: When sending a text communication, the Content tab now shows the number of characters remaining, the number of segments in the communication (meaning, how many different text messages will be sent based on the number of characters used), the number of recipients, and the estimated cost of the text (Note: DCs will never be charged for sending texts but this is just an estimate of the cost for internal purposes).
Event Instances:
Results: Added the ability to create multiple, recurring event instances by clicking the respective icon and setting the details for the event and whether they are daily, weekly, or monthly recurrences.
Classes:
Results: Added the same as Events ability to create multiple, recurring classes by clicking the respective icon and setting the details for the classes and whether they are daily, weekly, or monthly recurrences.
