Enhancements:

Rosters (Membership and Training): 

• Contact Tab: In Membership Roster, Student Roster and My Profile, there is a new section added for members or admins to add up to two Emergency Contacts to the record.

Organizations: 

• Configure Tab: Added an automation to enable the system to send automated texts to students when their certifications are 90 days away from expiring. The communication will read: Your certification <Cert Name> is expiring in 90 days. Please contact your local training office to renew. If your DC wants to learn more about turning this on, please contact us so we can walk you through. Will also demo this during the next monthly demo.

Distribution Lists:  In both Membership and Training DLs, we have added a new filter to be able to search by County.

Mailing Labels: Added 4 envelope sizes (Monarch, 9, 10, Personal 675) to be able to print directly on envelopes. Because all printers feed envelopes differently, this may need some tweaking so we are requesting feedback if you print on various envelopes to ensure this works as expected.

Training Section:

• Classes:

  • Students Tab: 

    • For clarity, we have updated the “In Progress” status for a student in a class to read “Enrolled”.

    • When adding a student to a class, you will now see two options that need to be selected: 1. Is to add the status of the student and 2. Is the option to send a registration email to the student. The student will also get the respective registration, pending or waitlisted email automatically when they register on the Registration link.

    • When the max seats set in the details tab of a class has been reached, the action button on the published class will read Sign Up for Waiting List and when the student registers, they will be added to the Students tab with a status of “Waitlisted”.

    • On the Registration link, all confirmation messages are now more prominent so that the student can see what action occurred.

    • For DC 5 Only: Per their request, students who sign up for a class online are automatically registered with a status of Pending until the admin verifies and changes this status.

Organize Section: 

• Campaigns:

  • Search Results: Updated Campaigns search results to only show active campaigns by default and to list the short name of the organization.

  • Details tab: Updated Projects dropdown to be a searchable picklist.

Bug Fixes:

Organizations:

• Positions Tab: Fixed Active positions filter that was showing Inactive Positions.

Classes>Registration Link:  Fixed bad line breaks to notes on the Registration Link.
