Enhancements:
Rosters (Membership & Training):
Both Rosters: Added a new field to filter Roster records by employers. Users are now able to select one or more employers within Membership and Student rosters.
My Account
My Profile: Updated the labels for Personal and Business Email to now read Primary and Secondary Email to match Roster labels.
My Wall: When a section under My Wall has no results, made a minor UI improvement so that the “No Results” message appears further up the screen.
Communicate (Membership & Training):
Letters: Made improvements to the CC section when creating a letter. The recipients section will load, the user should select their recipients by clicking the “Include Selected” radio button, and then the user will be able to click the “Add CC’s” checkbox to improve load time for CC (please let us know if you experience slowness in the CC section).
Training:
Classes:
Added the ability to copy an existing class. All fields will be duplicated and the copied class will require a primary instructor.
Added a new Status of “Unpublished” for classes. The statuses for classes are now: Draft: Class created in Unite but not yet developed) | Published: class created and published to public Class Registration link) | Unpublished: class created but never published to external link) | Canceled: class created and perhaps was published or unpublished but never happened).
Bug Fixes:
Communicate (Membership & Training):
Letters: Fixed the filtering in the CC table to filter columns based on user input.
Templates: Fixed a bug where, when in Grid View of Email templates, the HTML was still showing up.
Mailing Labels: Fixed a bug where users were not seeing the Distribution Lists they created showing up in the Mailing Labels section.
Training:
Classes:
Fixed UI bug where the class cards were not being displayed properly within the gray frame.
Fixed bug where the data in columns were not sorting properly when viewing classes in Grid View.
Other:
All member photos that were in IMSe have now been imported into Unite.
An updated Unite User Agreement has been created and users will be prompted in the first week of January to accept it before being able to access the system.
Fixed bug in Support>Users section where the export was only downloading the first page of results.
Made UI tweak to highlight the top-level of the menu so that the user has a visual cue of which section they are in.
