Replace Offline Device

When you get a new mobile phone, once you have re-activated it with Duo and can receive Duo pushes, you will need to replace/reconnect the offline device so that you can log in to your laptop when it is offline.


NOTE: You must perform this while connected to the Internet.


During a normal Duo push, before you respond to the push, click Replace/reconnect an offline device.




Next, you will be prompted to respond to the Duo push.


Then,  click on Activate



On the Duo app on your phone, click the + in the upper right corner.  If prompted, grant Duo access to your camera.


Aim the camera at the QR code on your laptop's screen.  If desired, give the offline code a name.



Then, click Enter Offline Code and enter the code displayed on your phone to complete the configuration
