Printing to the Copiers

PaperCut is used to allow the ability to print to one printer and then retrieve the print job at most copiers.

NOTE: Please print in black & white as much as possible.  Only print in color if absolutely necessary.

Send to Follow Me

When printing, select the printer named Follow Me.  If you do not see Follow Me, you might need to click See more to display the full listing of printers available to you.

Retrieving your print job

Walk up to the copier and swipe your IUPAT key fob on the Wave reader.

You should be logged in to your account.  You should see the number of print jobs waiting for you and the number of pages that will be printed.  

NOTE: The copier on the 2nd floor HQ in the center (PRTN 05 - "Fiery") is not connected to the Follow Me printer.  You cannot retrieve your print jobs on this copier.

Release all print jobs

Tap Print all to print all the documents waiting to be printed for you.

Releasing a specific print job

If you have multiple documents waiting but only want to print one, tap Print Release to select the document you want to print.
