Student Level Field

A new field, titled "Student Level", will be added to the student roster under the Student Tab. This field will include a dropdown list with options representing the various years of study that a student may be enrolled in, ranging from 1 to 6. Each option corresponds to a specific year level, allowing users to easily select the appropriate year of study for the student.

Academic Transcript

We have worked on the Academic Transcript and are enhancing it based on initial feedback. Please wait for the next release, after which we will confirm its availability for use.


Letter Templates 

We have added new enhancements to the Letter templates. These updates introduce a range of new fields that have been specifically designed to improve the capture and organization of critical information. The new fields include;

  • Job Title
  • Work Level
  • Employment Trade
  • Employer Location Street
  • Employer Location Suite
  • Employer Location City
  • Employer Location State
  • Employer Location Zip
  • Employer Location Phone
  • Employer Location Number


The addition of these fields will now allow you to create more specific Dispatch Letter Templates


Get Support Link 

An update to the "Get Support" link is now available in UNITE. By clicking on this link, Get Support, you will now be directed straight to our internal knowledge base. This enhancement offers you instant access to a wide range of relevant resources, and detailed information, ensuring that you can quickly find the support you need. Whether you're looking for solutions to common issues or seeking in-depth documentation, our knowledge base is now just one click away for your convenience.


ENHANCEMENTS MADE 

Membership>Profile

User Account:

  • In today's fast-paced world of technology, we have a new feature in UNITE that allows all users to create and store an electronic signature.

Member detail:

  • The member detail page has been updated to include a new feature that displays the date and time of a member's most recent login. By Clicking the full page button on a member's profile,   an admin can view when a member last accessed their account, enabling better tracking of member activity and engagement.


Membership & Training >Rosters

We have enhanced the system to improve the user experience when creating new addresses on a record. Now, when you add a new address, the 'Category' dropdown will automatically default to 'Home,' saving you time and reducing the need for manual selection.



WHAT'S FIXED

Accounting>Invoice Inconsistencies

  • We have successfully resolved a bug that was causing inconsistencies with inactive activities and non-members who had either become POA or had been initiated.
